The hostel had great facilities including a pool that was super nice and a jacuzzi that was always warm. The staff were also very friendly and there was a bar on site which was convenient. the location was a bit separated, which allowed for a quieter atmosphere and some nearby natural attractions.

The location was inconvenient for getting to the town center and required either a taxi or a steep hike up a hill to catch a bus. The Wi-Fi connection was also not very reliable and the thin walls meant that conversations could easily be overheard.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was incredible. Nestled among nature, with three stunning waterfalls just a short walk away, it was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. I particularly loved the attention to detail, such as the private bathroom and the delicious breakfast served each morning.

The rooms could benefit from some soundproofing, as the walls were too thin and it was possible to hear everything from the adjacent rooms. it was frustrating not to have a communal kitchen available, and you would have to spend on taxis to get into town to find something appropriate.

The location of this hostel is great, it's near three beautiful waterfalls that can be enjoyed on foot. The rooms are spacious with warm water all the time, and some even include balconies with hammocks. The breakfast is really good, but it's served a bit later than usual at 8:30. The hostel offers many activities such as yoga, canyoning, and rafting, and the facilities provided like the hot tub, pool.

This hotel has many added bonuses, including a treehouse, hot tub, and a giant hammock, as well as access to hiking trails. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food and has affordable drinks. We enjoyed the quiet location, which still allowed us to easily access this city within minutes.

I also loved the green surroundings and proximity to Baños. I highly recommend staying at this hidden gem for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
